We’re all about craft, and doing things right. Because it works. The team will approach the need by applying a complete process – no five minute briefing, or 10 person shortlists.

We only present candidates when they been thoroughly assessed and when we can be certain you’ll want to interview them. Think of the time you’ll save!

In fact, if we get less than 75% submission to interview rate, I’ll buy you a very expensive dinner your choice of restaurant, with great wine.

 

So, how much?

 

I’ll be open. We don’t work for less than 20% on anything. If you’ve just spat out your coffee, if your jaw just hit the desk, and you’re shaking your head, that’s ok – but we’re not right for each other.
